“ I put in a mobile curbside pick up order, and I was very happy with the experience! The parking in Santana Row can be difficult, so I just wanted to grab my food to go. Their app is well-designed, and they send you an email confirmation immediately upon submission of your order. The email confirmation also includes a link that you can click when you have arrived for your curbside pickup to be dropped off. The only issue I had when I got there was not knowing where the curbside pickup spots were located. I actually stopped on Piazza de Valencia Street and put on my hazards to wait for about 4-5 minutes. When no one emerged from the Veggie Grill entrance, I got worried and called them, but no one picked up. So I ended up turning right at the stop sign onto Olin Avenue, where I discovered a whole series of curbside delivery parking spots on the right side! Luckily, I was able to slide into the last available spot just next to the entrance of Maggiano's, and my food was dropped off by a very nice Veggie Grill staff member a minute later, who apologized for not answering my call. -1 star because even though my sandwich was wrapped nicely in paper to make it easier to eat (the sauce was messy!), the brioche bun was a bit soggy as if the sandwich had been sitting around for a while, even though I arrived in my pickup window. I think it would probably have been a 5 star experience if I dined in. ”

“ If you're vegan or a vegetarian this is definitely the place for you. The far east chicken bowl is theeeee best, for a second you forget it's not chicken breast. Actually it's juicier than actual chicken breast! The Mac n cheese is good, the burgers are yummy, the sweet potato fries and fried cauliflower taste good. The only odd ball to me is their attempt at bacon. It's not that good to me but my husband likes it. ”

“ Went for a bowl this time and loved the chicken bowl with the coconut Thai sauce. I would say this is what makes the bowl. All the ingredients were so tasty and filling! I loved the breading/crust they put on the "chicken" and appreciated all of the crunchy veggies that incorporated very well. Packaging was decomposable but it kept up very well and it didn't concern me with it spilling. I wish there were more locations of this in the South Bay! ”

“ Love Veggie Grill! So happy that the Santana Row location was spared during their restructuring which closed their Walnut Creek, Saratoga, and Marin locations. This location is the only one left in the bay area. The employees here are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well-lit. Their Buffalo tenders (or wings) are our go-to! They're always crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spicy. We always order this whenever we're at Veggie Grill. We order this so much that we know when they are experimenting with the recipe. I hope they keep this current recipe as it's the best we've had in the last several years. The Baja Fish Tacos are also a family favorite! They actually taste like real fish. These tacos are topped with a generous amount of slaw, cabbage, and pico de gallo. If we're feeling a sandwich, the Crispy Chik'n or Chik'n Bacon Ranch are our usuals. If you're just picking up a togo order, try your luck along Olin Ave. The curb there is for DoorDash or togo orders and cars are usually coming and going. ”

“ I usually to go here, or order pick up. Very rarely do I see anyone sitting inside eating. I love their buffalo chicken salad and Mac and cheese. Good size to go portions and all of my orders have been ready when I come to pick up. ”

“ There usually isn't too much of a wait at veggie grill, so we were able to quickly order and get a seat. Since Next Level acquired Veggie Grill, not much has changed. The menu is the same. The food slightly changed. I always get the far east bowl, and I noticed that the rice was a bit different. The broccoli was more cooked, which I like. But other than that, the far east bowl was pretty much the same and I quite enjoyed it. Sweet potato fries were also yummy as always. Overall, a nice healthy meal that always leaves me satisfied. ”

“ I've been looking around Santana Row to find something to eat and decided to try this place out. This restaurant serves vegan food and they fairly priced them. It seems to be averaged around $14 and that's not really bad. The place is nicely built and it's quite dark here and even quiet. Despite that, I tried tempeh for the first time and it tastes good. The bowl is big and for being priced almost $13. That's not really bad. The rest of the meal is healthy and delicious. Am looking forward to trying other food here especially the sandwiches! ”

“ I recently got takeout from Veggie Grill with my coworkers, and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing, and everyone enjoyed their meals. As a vegetarian place, Veggie Grill really nails the flavors so well that you can hardly tell it's vegetarian. My personal favorite was the Smokey Asada Mushroom Taco - it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Though I didn't get a chance to experience the ambience or dine-in service, the quality of the food alone has me wanting to come back for more. If you're looking for delicious, plant-based options that will satisfy even the most devoted meat-eaters, Veggie Grill is the place to go. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning! ”
